London Greater SALARY: £45,000 - £45,000 TERM: Permanent
Tiger Private are looking for a Chauffeur/Facilities Co-ordinator to work for a Property Development company based in Bermondsey. This is an extremely varied job which will be split into three roles: Chauffeur, Fleet Manager and Facilities Co-ordinator.
As Chauffeur, you will be responsible for driving the Director from his home in Kent to the office near Bermondsey and also driving his wife when required. During the day you will be on hand to drive the Director to meetings, airport pick ups/drop offs and run any errands. As Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the care and upkeep of a fleet of 10 vehicles. This will involve ensuring all vehicles have up to date MOT certificates, arranging services/repairs, new insurance quotes, insurance claim handling, renewing tax for all vehicles and making sure all vehicles are kept clean and up to standard.
All other times of the day, you will be working in the office in a administrative role support role/Facilities Co-ordinator, assisting the team with administrative tasks and dealing with contractors at various properties around London.
The ideal candidate will be a Private Chauffeur who lives in close proximity to Chislehurst or in/around the South London area, with at least 10 years’ experience as a Private Chauffeur who possesses excellent knowledge of London and the Home Counties. It is essential to understand the need to be flexible, extremely adaptable, diligent, discreet and professional at all times.
