I am currently seeking immediately available temporary receptionists to take on work across corporate clients in the City! This is a rally exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to build up their CV with some brilliant companies, providing exposure to a wide range of industries.


We cover the entire City area and work with a range of clients to help cover their reception desks, as and when needed. These positions are often last-minute, covering sickness or leave. We are searching for people who are willing to take on work immediately and hold all relevant skills to assist, meet and greet and support on the front desk.

Typical duties include:

  • Answering calls
  • Delegating emails
  • Keeping the reception area presentable
  • Meeting and greeting a number of clients
  • Issuing passes
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are being checked
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties


To be successful, you will have a can-do attitude, be comfortable working on your own and working in environments with little handover. Previous experience temping or working as a receptionist is required.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Proactive nature
  • Good use of initiative
  • High attention to detail
