UK (regional) SALARY: £40,000 - £60,000 TERM: Permanent

My client is a pharmaceutical biotechnology firm near Oxford developing next generation treatments and they are looking for an experienced, switched on Executive Assistant who takes pride in their work and can work with the utmost precision.  The successful candidate will have flexibility to work between home and the office once they get their feet under the table.

Duties include:

  • Diary management – primarily for CEO, Exec Chair and Head of Ops
  • Complex travel arrangement
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Inbox management
  • Processing expenses
  • Client relationship management
  • Office management
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Ad-hoc dictation for leadership team

The Candidate

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a self starter with a motivated attitude who takes pride in their work
  • You will have the ability to adapt to  a fast paced, semi-virtual environment with a mixture of office and home based work
  • You must be proficient on various computer packages including MS Office, Xero (or similar) as well as electronic diary management
  • You will have excellent attention to detail
  • There will be ad-hoc out of hours communication
