Tiger Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Executive Search Firm who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Founder.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage the founders inbox and diary
Produce candidate reports and profiles
Help with marketing and events for the company
Office management tasks when needed
Respond to client and candidate queries

To be successful you will need to be switched-on, bright and professional. You will need to have an excellent muck in attitude with strong verbal and written skills.
Well spoken and presented
Highly literate with excellent attention to detail
Work with discretion
Engaging and personable with excellent relationship management skills.
Proactive and a self-starter.
Knowledge, skills and experience that are beneficial
Experience working within Executive Search or similar is essential
Experience working as an Executive Assistant is essential
Bachelors degree or equivalent are beneficial
Experience using File Finder or similar software is highly beneficial
