Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a Property Management company who are based in a professional and forward thinking office and you will be based in their brand new location. They are looking for a switched on and confident Front of House candidate who has the ability to think outside of the box.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be running the front of house areas, being the face of the building and general office manager tasks. You will be consistently on the ball whilst providing a friendly and innovative feel to the building and ensuring a warm welcome at all times.
 
Responsibilities include –
First point of contact for calls and guests to the building
Ensuring communal areas are kept tidy and refreshed.
Keeping on top of stock levels.  
Create an engagement calendar and put on event days accordingly.   
Liaise with suppliers.
 
WHO YOU ARE
My client are looking for someone super proactive and on the ball, who is hoping to secure a Front of House position which allows them to also think creatively. You must be ambitious and super friendly as well as highly reliable.
 
Requirements include:
                                                               
Essential
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to autonomously and also proactively.

This role will pay a up to £35k
Healthcare and Gym membership  
21 days holiday + bank holidays.
8am-6pm working hours.
2 charity days a year
