A leading independent girls school based in the heart of Chelsea is looking for a switched on Office Administrator to join the Head Office team. Flexibility to work part-time or full-time in term time.
- First point of contact for all calls and welcoming visitors
- Managing the office with all supplies, post, invoices, calendar
- Assisting HR, Finance and the COO in a PA and administration capacity
- Essentially ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Switched on and strong attention to detail
- Organised and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
Salary up to £30,000
Working 9am – 5pm
