A diligent Office Assistant/Receptionist is required immediately for an exciting new position.

Our client is a Private Equity Firm with beautiful offices within Central London.


An enthusiastic Office Assistant/ Receptionist is needed to help with the smooth running of the office
Duties include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and guests
  • Organising meeting rooms
  • Responsible for the post
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Organising couriers
  • Assisting with internal meetings and events
  • General administrative duties


Our client is seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist who is a team player and is willing to go that extra step for their team. You must have excellent organisational skills and a great attention to detail.
