Looking for an experienced, hands-on and strategic Operations Manager with strong organisational skills.


The role will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team including; travel, regulatory reporting, corporate payment card programme, monthly financial reporting, business continuity and other office operations related administration. The role involves broader administrative activities and other firm-wide initiatives as required. Typical duties will include:

  • CRM – daily/weekly updating of Salesforce
  • Monthly reporting including checking income reporting to central finance team and reconciling with Salesforce data
  • Co-ordinating regulatory reporting and training
  • Administration for the Corporate Card Programme (Amex BA) to include processing applications for new joiners, contact point for queries and reconciliation of receipts to credit card spending.
  • Responsible for maintenance and testing of regional Business Continuity Plans
  • Invoice coding/approval and expense processing for finance team
  • Oversee Social Committee budget and events
  • Other ad-hoc updates & projects for Office Operations team
  • Day-to-day management of Travel including creating accounts for new joiners, being point of contact for queries, managing corporate travel card bookings & expenses, conducting training for new joiners


To be effective in this role, this individual will need to form strong working relationships and partnerships with others throughout the organization; other operational team members and those in other business operations areas including Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance and Legal & Compliance.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational role
  • Experience in managing a team/office to a high level
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, emphasis on Outlook & Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent standards of spelling and grammar
  • Experience of managing a corporate travel programme
  • Experience of financial reporting (ideally)
  • Experienced in running and implementing events team
  • Experience in rolling out best in class training programmes eg: travel, regulatory compliance
  • Adaptable, proactive, confident, able and happy to work as part of a small team
  • Creative and solutions-oriented
  • Confidentiality & discretion paramount
  • Demonstrable reliability and stability
  • Professional, committed attitude and approach
  • Effective professional communication skills & telephone manner, good at building strong relationships
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task
  • Able to demonstrate experience of strategic initiatives that they have previously formed and implemented


  • This role will pay up to £60k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary 25% bonus. Other benefits include:
