London (West End) SALARY: £25,000 - £32,000 TERM: Permanent

A small consultancy firm are looking for a bright and driven business and private PA to join their Central London team.
 
The Role
 
This PA role is supporting the CEO. You will work closely alongside another EA who supports in a business capacity. You will be responsible for supporting across the CEO’s charitable and academic commitments, as well as personal support.
 
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management, coordinating meetings and related papers
  • Arranging international and local travel
  • Personal duties as required
  • Research projects

The Candidate
 
The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. This role will suit someone with an interest in the arts/ charities. They are seeking an ambitious individual who has interesting experience to offer. They’re open on background, provided you have the transferable skills and an understanding of business processes. You will be seeking longevity and want to join a company that supports your professional growth and development.
 
It is highly beneficial if you speak an additional language, in particular French, Spanish, Italian or Arabic.
