Russian speaking Office Manager/Receptionist – Family Office

London Westend SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 TERM: Permanent

A fantastic opportunity for a Russian speaking Office Manager or Receptionist to join a Family Office in Knightsbridge. We are looking for an Office Manager OR a Receptionist looking to grow within this role eventually taking on more Office Manager responsibilities. You will ensure the absolute smooth running of the Family Office acting as the main point of contact on a day to day basis for staff, suppliers and clients, with the potential to also manage a team of administrative staff. Additionally, typical responsibilities will be as follows:

  • organising meetings and managing databases
  • booking transport and accommodation
  • organising company events/conferences
  • ordering stationery and furniture
  • dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • managing office budgets
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • delegating tasks to junior employees
  • organising induction programmes for new employees
  • ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • using a range of software packages
  • attending meetings with senior management
  • assisting the organisation's HR function by┬ákeeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews etc.

The right candidate will be immaculately presented, personable, professional, able to act with the utmost discretion and diplomacy when handling situations. It is essential you are an upbeat, positive person with the ability to lead by example and possess a real hands on attitude.

You must have excellent working proficiency of both Russian and English languages.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9am -6pm.
