A top consultancy based in the heart of the City are seeking an impressive and on the ball Team Assistant to support the office. Based in modern bright offices you will be joining an innovative and friendly team who appreciate common sense and pro activity.
In this role you will play a pivotal part in the office, assisting where you are needed, meeting and greeting clients, keeping track of and replenishing stationary/kitchen supplies, assisting with HR duties such as holidays and sick leave, assisting with induction and on boarding of new starters and internal recruitment administration, dealing with any IT issues as well as much more.
As a company they truly believe in development and progression opportunities so would look to help you train to up to be an EA or managing the HR function in the office depending on what which career direction you would be interested in.
You will be of graduate calibre, have a high attention to detail as well as having a keen and positive outlook on life. Ideally you will have at least a years experience in an office environment and be IT savvy.
