An experienced Team PA is required immediately for an exciting new position. This is a meaty and fulfilling role to get involved in. As a Team PA your role will be diverse and fast paced. Our client is a well-known banking firm who has a fantastic reputation in the industry.


As a Team PA you will be responsible for all administrative and secretarial support for the team you will be looking after. You will be supporting a team of Executive Directors along with sometimes supporting the broader team.

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings
  • Phone and email coverage
  • First point of contact for clients
  • Travel management
  • Expense management
  • Managing staff holiday requests
  • Handling IT issues
  • Onboarding new staff and offboarding leavers
  • General administrative duties
  • Ad hoc tasks


Our client is seeking a Team PA with previous experience in a similar role. You must always maintain a high level of professionalism and must be able to work autonomously and also with a team in a fast-paced environment.


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proactive
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player
