Typing Secretary, South West London- up to £35,000
London (Greater) SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 TERM: Permanent
A boutique accountancy firm based in South West London, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Secretary and Office Administrator.
They are a team of 10 and are looking for someone to support with all office administration, filing and travel arrangements.
- Audio and Copy typing
- Drafting emails, letters and correspondence
- Overseeing all travel, diary and meeting management
- Meeting and greeting guests and clients
- Dealing with all inbound telephone enquirers and requests
- Office Management - supplies, filing and document management
- Management of the database and filing system
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 55wpm+
- Organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- 1-2 years+ experience within a similar role
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Ability to work well under pressure
This role is paying up to £35,000 dependant on experience with working hours of 09.00 - 17.30, Monday - Friday (and no overtime required).
