Head of Temporary Division (City)
Roxie started out in the recruitment industry in 2010 and has since worked her way up from a referencing co-ordinator to leading the temporary division in the City office.
Her intimate knowledge of the financial services sector means she is perfectly placed to work with City clients, bringing her knowledge and expertise to every interaction. In addition to recruiting for her own clients, Roxie mentors the consultants in her team, ensuring they are constantly learning and improving on the job. Regardless of her workload, she is consistently enthusiastic and optimistic, working on the ethos of ‘it’s always positive to be positive’. As such, Monday mornings are one of Roxie’s favourite times of the week, as it represents a blank canvas on which great experiences can be created.
It’s no secret that Roxie is a huge Arsenal fan, but what most don’t know is that she also used to play football at a national level, representing England Under 20s and playing for Crystal Palace.
